EXITING WINDOWS

The closing program of windows is made to close all files opened before shut down. It is therefore, necessary to shut down according to the procedure of the software failure to shut down properly may cause damages to your file. Shutting down with the software ensures that all amendments done during the run are properly saved. To exit the system, a dialog box with some selection is displayed.

 To perform shut down:

·         Click on Start button

·         Select shut down in some cases click shut down again

·         Click yes

·         Wait until the computer tells you that its now safe to turn off your computer or you will see the monitor turn blank. Depending on the type of windows you are using.

·         Switch off the and turn off the power switch from the power source.
